look, i know you don’t need to see a photo of a sandwich and some dip but it’s PEANUT BUTTER HUMMUS! yep, two amazing foodstuffs in one! my housemate put the idea into my head & pointed me in the direction of a recipe (you can use a splash of non-dairy milk, soy yoghurt or water instead of greek yoghurt) but really… all you need to do is sub. peanut butter for tahini in your regular recipe.
i had some on toast with slices of tomato, alfalfa, radish & broccoli sprouts & murray river salt flakes this morning! heaps good.
